How are cancellations, no‑shows and late arrivals treated?

Jobs cancelled by MCIS with <24h notice: cancellation fee applies automatically. Client/SP no‑shows paid for booked time. Late arrival may reduce payable time or lead to non‑payment; repeated unjustified lateness can result in roster actions.
