What greeting and closing should I use on BPIN OPI/VRI calls?

Greeting: ‘Hello my name is <Your Name>, my ID is <your BL number> and I am your <LANGUAGE> interpreter. How may I help you?’ Closing: ‘Thank you, <LANGUAGE> interpreter #<your BL number> is disconnecting.’ Do not mention MCIS or your MCIS resource number.
