What kind of documents I can translate using Linguify?

Linguify supports multiple file formats, including

• DOCX (Word documents)

• PPTX (PowerPoint presentations)

• PDF, HTML

  You can also paste plain text directly into the platform for quick translation.

  The Service is not intended for high-risk, official, or legally binding uses.

  You should not use Linguify for documents such as immigration applications and supporting documents, court filings or documents intended for any judicial or quasi-judicial body, contracts, legal agreements, or documents requiring legal precision, medical records or content used for clinical or diagnostic purposes, academic transcripts, diplomas, or professional certification documents, government-issued documents, identity documents, or vital records, any material requiring notarization, certification, or sworn translation.

• MCIS does provide translation for these types of documents outside of the Linguify platform. Please reach out to translation@mcis.on.ca for translations that require notarization or certification.
